Where barley becomes the soul of beer.

The malthouse is the beating heart of craft production. It is the place where barley is transformed into malt through a controlled process of germination and kilning. This step is essential for developing the aromas, flavours, and distinctive character of every beer.
Thanks to the malthouse, the grains become enriched with fermentable sugars, active enzymes, and unique aromas. The type of kilning and malt processing then influences:

  • The colour of the beer (pale, amber, dark)

  • The aromatic notes (caramel, honey, chocolate…)

  • The body and structure of the final product.
