Mastri Birrai Umbri awarded at the World Beer Awards 2025
Mastri Birrai Umbri obtains new important recognitions at the World Beer Awards 2025, an international competition dedicated to the selection of the best beers in the world.
The 2025 edition saw four beers from the brewery awarded: Cotta 21, IPA, IPA Senza Glutine e Azzurra Keller Pils.
IPA also stood out in the IPA category, English Style. The profile reported by the competition speaks of an intense amber beer, with aromas of marmalade, toffee and orange peel, accompanied by a pleasant final bitterness.
IPA Senza Glutine obtained recognition in the Speciality Beer category, Gluten-free style. An important confirmation for a beer that combines character, aromatic intensity and attention to contemporary consumption needs.
Azzurra Keller Pils received the Bronze medal in the Lager category, Zwickl/Pale Kellerbier style. The tasting notes highlight a fresh and fragrant profile, with fruity and spicy hints and a dry finish.
These results confirm Mastri Birrai Umbri’s path in the production of craft beers capable of expressing different styles, while maintaining a strong production identity and a concrete bond with the territory.
The recognitions obtained at the World Beer Awards 2025 represent a new piece in the story of the brewery’s quality, once again bringing Umbria into the international brewing scene.
