The “Selezione 28” recipe is based on the traditional top-fermentation method. The use of chicklings and roasted malts contributes to its intense copper color, natural haziness and aromatic profile, characterized by mineral and caramelized notes.
Being unfiltered and unpasteurized, it preserves the natural character of the beer and may create a slight sediment at the bottom of the bottle.
